Apply for an apartment home by selecting ‘Apply Now’ on our homepage to start the step-by-step online application process. After choosing your preferred floor plan and home, you can select your move-in date and lease term. As part of the application, you will complete an e-verify process to confirm your identification before submitting your request to our team for processing.

Many applications for an apartment home are approved as quickly as the same day. The total timeline may extend up to 1 week depending on the verification of income, credit, criminal, and rental history, so providing all required documentation during the online application helps our team provide a decision as efficiently as possible.

The minimum lease term for an apartment home varies throughout the year based on current availability and seasonality. To view the specific lease terms and the "best value" rate for your move-in date, select an available home on our website to see all currently offered options.

There is a $50.00 application fee. The standard security deposit is $400.

No utilities are included in the monthly rent. Additional monthly costs include a $90 technology fee and $15 for renter's insurance. For residents at Berrytree & Glenwood, water and gas are billed as well.

A co-signer or guarantor is not automatically required. All residents are required to carry active renter's insurance.
